The terms that apply to this site and to program participation.

Who we are
This site and Canada Commerce Global 2027 are run by Bassili Capital Inc., 6465 autoroute Transcanadienne, Saint-Laurent (QC) H4T 1S3. By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account. The details you give us, and your company's listing, must be accurate and yours to publish. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or is used to send spam, scrape the directories or harass other participants.
Orders, prices and taxes
Prices are in Canadian dollars. GST and QST are added, because the event takes place in Québec. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you order. An order is confirmed when it is paid, by card or against our invoice; until then your place is not guaranteed. Exhibitor and buyer access, directory listing, meetings and badges open once the order is paid, and a company is listed only after we approve it.
Badges
Each badge is for one named person. You may change the name on a badge in your portal until the event. Badges carry a QR code: show it at the entrance, and to exhibitors only if you want them to receive your name, company and email.
Cancellation and refunds
If we cancel the event, we refund every order in full. If we move it to other dates or another venue, you may choose a full refund instead of attending. For any other cancellation, write to joseph.bassili@bassilicapital.com; the detailed refund schedule will be published on this page and applies to orders placed after its publication.
Changes to the programme
The programme, speakers and the exhibitors and buyers taking part may change before the event. We arrange meetings between participants, but we do not guarantee that any meeting will take place or lead to business.
Your content
You keep the rights to the logo, text and product photos you upload. You allow us to show them on this site and in material promoting the event for as long as your company is listed. You must have the right to publish them.
Content and trademarks
The text, design and graphics on this site belong to Bassili Capital Inc. or its licensors. You may read, quote and share the material with attribution. You may not reproduce it commercially or present it as your own. Canada Commerce Global, BassiliTrade and BassiliChat are marks of Bassili Capital Inc.
Links to other sites
This site may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
Availability and liability
The site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect loss such as lost business. Nothing here limits rights that consumer protection law gives you and that cannot be waived.
Governing law and language
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of the judicial district of Montréal have jurisdiction. These terms exist in French and English; both versions have equal value.
