The hotel sits above Montréal's Central Station in the heart of downtown, connected to the Underground City. Most participants can walk from their hotel, and everyone else arrives by train or metro without going outside.

- Montréal–Trudeau (YUL) is about 20 km away: 25 to 40 minutes by taxi or ride-share, or the 747 express bus, which stops on René-Lévesque Boulevard.
- By train
- VIA Rail and commuter trains arrive at Central Station, directly beneath the hotel.
- By metro
- Bonaventure station on the Orange line is connected to the hotel through the Underground City.
- By car
- Paid parking is available at the hotel and in public garages nearby. Downtown streets are busy on weekdays, so allow extra time.
- Where to stay
- The venue is a hotel, and downtown Montréal has many others within a short walk. Any negotiated rate will be announced to registered participants.
Practical information
- Badges
- Every attendee needs a badge, collected at registration on arrival. Badges are personal and are scanned at meetings and sessions.
- Languages
- The program runs in English and French. Meetings take place in whichever language both parties choose.
- Your meeting schedule
- Meetings are confirmed on BassiliTrade before the event. Your schedule is available on your badge and in your account, and can still be added to on site.
- Food
- Coffee and lunch are provided on both days. Tell us about dietary requirements when you register.
- Accessibility
- The venue is step-free throughout. Let us know about any accessibility needs and we will make arrangements.
- Dress
- Business attire. Days are long and the floor is large, so comfortable shoes are a good idea.
