Family-run maple producer in the Laurentians since 1962. We tap 12,000 maples on our own land and turn the sap into syrup, sugar, taffy and butter. Organic-certified (Ecocert), with bulk barrels for food manufacturers and retail formats from 50 ml to 4 L. Private label available, and we already ship to the United States, France, Germany and Japan.

  Pure Maple Syrup, Grade A Amber

  Rich taste, from the mid-season run. Glass bottles of 250 ml, 500 ml and 1 L, or 20 L and barrel formats for industry.

  Granulated Maple Sugar

  Syrup boiled down and crystallised: a one-for-one swap for cane sugar in baking and drinks. 1 kg pouches and 25 kg bags.

  Maple Taffy

  The sugar-shack classic: hot syrup set on snow. Individually wrapped, shelf-stable for 12 months.

  Maple Butter

  Whipped maple cream with nothing added. A spread for toast and pastries, in 230 g jars.
